All the Business Units are registered under the Company Act 1994, Dhaka City Corporation Ordinance, 1983 (Ord. XL of 1983; Section-69) with Export-Import License, TIN (Taxpayer's Identification Number) Certificate, Civil Aviation Certificate etc.

Each of the Business Unit has own specific products and services covers from the Tourism sector to Ready-Made Garments with superior quality believing in customers as God.
